REPAIRS/RE-UPHOLSTERY



Repair/Re-upholstery Required
1) Contact us by phone, fax or e-mail  outlining the nature of the problem. (Note - Re-upholstery must be carried out at our premises.) We will schedule the necessary work for the first available time slot, and use the most expedient means available (registered mail, on site or at our premises - subject to location, courier etc.) to get you up and running again. We can not tell you how long work will take until we know the extent of the problem but we will give you an indication of the expected timescale when you ring.

2) Return the item/table to ourselves using one of the following methods:
a) Delivery to ourselves by yourself or via your courier.
b) We collect from yoursleves or our courier collects from yourselves.
c) Mail
d) Parcel Service (i.e. Fed Ex)


Is a Loan Table Available
Due to the complexities of administration and previous abuse of this courtesy service we no longer provide loan table(s) whilst repair/re-upholstery is being undertaken.
